Under the provisions of the Product Liability (PL) Act, trading companies are also subject to product liability if they are either involved in manufacturing or processing, or if they import products from overseas. Accordingly, TA Frontier Co., Ltd. formulated Product Liability and Quality Assurance Regulations in 2005, and has since worked to prevent defects that may arise at each stage of a product transaction (including information collection, design, planning, production, processing, and sales), while taking appropriate action in the unlikely event of an accident. We also periodically conduct internal audits, and check whether product liability and quality assurance systems are being properly operated.

In the event a complaint is received, our basic approach is to accurately capture the relevant details, and focus on swift action to prevent further harm or damage to the customer as a matter of priority. Complaints are centrally managed and evaluated, and subsequently shared with related divisions in accordance with predetermined criteria, and reflected in the form of quality improvements.

We also strive to ensure compliance with the European Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), and with various other domestic and overseas laws and regulations. Going forward, we will promote the establishment of a chemical substance information management system that covers the supply chain, and continue to take appropriate action in response to requirements.

The quality management system, is a system to manage and supervise the quality of services that are product and provide, in the activities of the organization with a focus on quality management, aims to continuous improvement to achieve customer satisfaction.
ISO9001 is famous, but for automobile applications, IATF16949, which is an international quality management system standard for the automobile industry, has also been acquired.
